1. Monthly membership cancellation
CandidNorth memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the Manage billing control in your CandidNorth account or through the subscription link in your Paddle transaction email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will keep access through that date and will not be charged for another renewal after cancellation takes effect.
2. Refund eligibility
Unless required by applicable law, completed transactions are generally non-refundable and unused time in a current billing period is not prorated. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A full or partial refund may be appropriate for a duplicate charge, a material technical defect that prevented access to the purchased service and could not be resolved, or another circumstance accepted by CandidNorth and Paddle.
3. How to request a refund
First contact support@candidnorth.com with the account email, transaction date, and a short explanation. Please do not send a full payment-card number or other financial credentials.
Paddle is CandidNorth's authorized reseller and Merchant of Record and issues approved refunds. You may also request billing support directly through Paddle Buyer Support. Paddle may request transaction information and will apply its buyer terms, refund policy, and mandatory consumer law.
4. Processing and access after a refund
If a refund is approved, Paddle returns the approved amount to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times vary. A full refund may end the related paid access. A partial refund or cancellation may leave access active through the date shown in your account.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy. The version in effect at the time of your transaction applies, together with Paddle's buyer terms and any mandatory rights.
